Key areas of interest include addiction, Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, depression, epilepsy, Huntington’s disease, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, stroke and traumatic and spinal cord injury.

An excellent opportunity is available for a highly motivated individual to join an outstanding team of scientists and work within the MRI Team at our Heidelberg facility on the Austin Health Campus.

The position is suitable for a MRI Radiographer with a minimum of five years post graduate experience and AIR Level 1 MRI Accreditation, looking to be involved in research based imaging, particularly functional MRI, MR Spectroscopy (MRS), perfusion MRI, and diffusion MRI. Experience with Siemens imaging platforms is desirable, but not essential.

Salary will be based on experience, and in line with the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) Enterprise Agreement. In addition, there will also be 9.5% superannuation and generous salary packaging options.
