Research
The Florey has two laboratories conducting schizophrenia research:
- Neural Plasticity Laboratory led by A/Prof Anthony Hannan
- Brain Development Laboratory led by Prof Seong-Seng Tan
The Florey is also a research partner with the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre.

Neuropeptide Receptor Laboratory
Led by Dr Ross AD Bathgate, the Neuropeptide Receptor Laboratory studies the peptide hormones, relaxin, relaxin-3 and insulin-like peptide 3 (INSL3), and their numerous essential biological roles.
